The perfect after-service is the key to an enterprise’s existence. Suzhou Huishun Construction and Decoration Engineering Co., Ltd. has set up a perfect after-service system and standard on the servicing principle of the establishment and perfection of a standardized after-service system.

Description of Services
(1) Response Time: if the user finds any software or hardware malfunction during our working time (8:30am~5:30pm from Monday to Friday and 9:00am~3:00pm on weekends and holidays), please immediately contact our service hotline to inform our technical service department. We will arrive at the site within one hour in the downtown area and within 2 hours in the suburbs.

(2) Service Type: if it is a hardware problem after initial inspection, the customer service center will assign a hardware engineer to the user’s site.

(3)Joint Inspection: if the engineer can not solve the problem immediately in the current situations and the seriousness of this problem will influence the normal operation of the user’s system, we will organize a team for joint inspection and keep close contact with the user till the problem is solved.

(4) Maintenance File: after both parties have signed the contract, a maintenance file will be established (that is the product’s guarantee card printed uniformly by us) to record the complete serviced items and results, find out and listen to the user for the satisfactoriness on this service as well as the outstanding problems.
